Dear Mr. Elmiger:

It was very pleasant to receive here, where we are spending a few week's vacation, copy of your very kind letter addressed to me in New York, dated July 3.

I am glad to read that you are reserving a room for us on the Cambon side (with private bath) and feel certain that thiswill be perfectly comfortable. As I wrote to you previously, Mrs. Seligman and I expect to be in Paris from September 15th to September 30th. I would not be surprised, however, if due to business matters, we were to prolong our stay a few days beyond that date.

With thanks for your kind attention and best personal regards,

Yours very sincerely,

Germain Seligman
