Would be pleased to have you write me by return mail so that I can receive it on my return from [[Milican?]] on Monday next. Please send your answer in care of [[?]] Porter. Capt P recommends Mr Miller very highly and he is a graduate of "[[???]] Commercial College Cincinati" and recently from Louisiana
Miss Byme is here in Stuart school, and Mr Stuart cannot pay the bill you call for but says he will pay his on Monday next (on my return) & perhaps Miss Watsons also. I will be unable to obtain any from Miss Byme & of course will not be obliged to go to Sonery Point
