I have the honor to enclose here with my monthly reports for part of April 1866 and May 1866. 

I would respectfully state that two young men has been teaching the Freedmen during my absence on my return they were both taken sick with the fever and one of them died this afternoon for the want of medical treatment he became afraid of the Dr on account of their remarks.
