At Victoria where Mrs S.C. Harris teaches. tho sent of her school house. $20.00 per month has not been paid for three months + the owners of the house has therefore locked it up + taken the key If the rent is paid I think I can persuade the man to let me have it again as it is the most convenient
Mrs Harris had during the month of June + July 70 to 80 children. but diring the last 2 months she has only averaged 40 The whites seem to be quite indifferant about the school and Mrs H. has never been molested.
