February 1st., 1955

Dear Miss Morrison:

We are all thinking of you today as you take up the curatorial role in which you will, we know, be most successful.

Gwathney, the artist, came in about a week ago to leave the enclosed clipping and note giving the names of several relatives in Charlotte whom you may want to look up. He was sorry to miss you but I can assure you he is a delightful person whom you will ultimately see as once or twice a year, he is in N.C.

I promised him to tell you not to fail to visit Chapel Hill occasionally, where, he says, the University has a schedule of concerts, plays and what not.

Sincerely,

Mrs. T.D. Parker
