School improving much in quality and popular favor-

Have adopted the Advanced Pay System strictly.  Require every applicant for Admission to purchase a school ticket & when the month has expired purchase another. The system works well.

Were I to adopt the system of pay at the end of the month my school would [[strikethrough]] than [[/strikethrough]] double in a week-
