Miss Fannie Campbell
Your report for September is rec'd a new form of blanks is being prepared, in conformity with instructions from Washington, a supply of which will be sent to the Agent at Austin for your use.
I am much pleased to hear of your continued health & great success in your vocation & trust that with the assistance of Capt Porter who is a sterling gentleman, you will be able to hold your school room. If rent is required the Bureau will pay it.
What has become of my fine Mr Walsh? & his charming family? Give them my warm regards.
Have you ever heard aught of our Mexican acquaintances?
Let me hear often from you
Very Respectfully
