3. Location of Schools? _the school ceased its existence about the middle of last mo. owning to the incompetency of the teacher, who by the way is our district clerk!_

14. Could you organize your Sub-District into School Districts, each with a School Committee pledged to carry on schools therein?_think I could_

15. To what extent would help from without be needed in such cases?_At least one half_

16. What is the public sentiment as to the education of the Freedmen and poor Whites?_the whites being all rebels are [[?]] approved to anything of the Kind._

17. Are Night-Schools for Adults needed in your District?_yes_ In what way could they be carried on? _"In the usual way"_

18. What more can the Bureau do for educating the children of refugees (or Poor Whites)?_ the freedpeople + "poor whites", could may soon educate themselves and thereby gain strength if they could only be protested by the military [[?]] long month to enable them to gain a foot-hold._

19. How long will northern charitable aid be needed for Freedmen and Refugee Schools of your District?_From present appearances God only Knows._
