1. Amount of Tuition paid during the month,

2. Remarks: Rev. J. Welch Supt. of Education.

Rev. Sir:
Very desirous of informing your presence of the following; My school is still very progressive, but yesterday a trifling mistake occured from a political view of things, I believe firmly. I shall await your decision in respect to matters. These suggestions are in perfect union with every thing in conjunction with the order of things.

I will respectfully ask of you to send me an order for to rent a room, independent of those preachers. A splendid house can be rented this side of the creek. This room is in cost three dollars, and not in reality worth one. This old chap locked the room and went off, and after searching for him could not find him. I taught School this afternoon where I board, as the old Gentleman is so anxious for to see the children at school. I believe I will teach till I hear from your Department. Rev. Sir You may institute any peculiar inquiry respecting what is advanced and it will be in harmony with what I advance?

Respectfully
H. Ames
