Prices house up to the last of Oct 31 first 1869 But I will rent you my house for 15 Dollars Per month which is 36 By 20 and has a good well on it in nice place in Corporation which will help to pay for it when I started Sept 14th 1868 with ten Dollars now I have Bought me a lot at one 100 Dollars
