Jos Welch, Dear Sir 
[[Hear?]] our school will adjourn on the 25 of this mounth untill 1870 unles we can get another house, or our own is finished: which Alex Terrell and I. are Triing very hard to do. And if I am apointed teacher for 1870, I will worrent it to by the last of December It is not my desires to teach But only my friends at Anderson. that desire it. I can not give in any report for Sunday School jusly because We have not had any for 2 or 3 Sundays on the account of not having teachers enough And no Cowthon would not allow us on the account of a slite fire near cause by a candle. I must come to a close. But not half don my letter
