1. Amount of Tuition paid during the month, $6.50 six dollars & fifty-cents

Remarks: I can not tell how long I will be able to teach school at $15.00 per month as the pupil amt. able to pay for their children at once & every thing sells so high that I will not be able to Teach school unless I could get twenty dollars $20.00 pr month & I have 3 children to go to school & board them and myself & my wife and one more little girl & Bacon selling @ 15 & 20 & corn @ 1.00 one Dollar for Bush & it will not pay any man that has a wife & four children to Board to tech for less than $20.00 twenty dollars let me hear from you upon this subject.
