I respectfully request that you write a Statement, of all the facts you are aware of as to the time Andrew Eaves (Colored) rented a piece of land from William Parker whether for two or three years, and the cause of Eaves being thrown out of his house, have the same sworn to before a Justice of the Peace and send to this Office,
