At Lincolnton building owned by the Friends Freedmen Aid Society of Philadelphia Teachers H.C Shuster white assisted by Feebe Reynolds colored. Day School 85 Night 20 Sabbath 40 to 60. Episcopal Church RM Whitmore white rector has a Sabbath School of from 25 to 50 131 scholars at Lincolnton. Near Beaties Ford Lincoln Co Samuel Lewis Cold has a day school of 50 scholars and Sabbath school of 75. Building owned by the Freedmen Value $100. Lewis P.O. Beaties Ford. At Homers Dist Schoolhouse 6 miles from Lincolnton owned by Mrs Polly Homer white thee is a sabbath school of 25 scholars, conducted by Mr Cansler & John Rhineham both colored. Post office at Lincolnton Brick School house 4 miles from Lincolnton owned by the District, there is a sabbath school of 35 scholars. Teachers Franklin Cansler & Wallace Finger both colored P.O. at Lincolnton. At Union School House 18 miles east Lincolnton near Sherills Ford Lincoln Co. owned by Freedman. Value $75, a sabbath school of 40 scholars. Teachers David Beatty & Wm Hooper both colored P.O. Sherrills Ford. Lincoln Co. This school is discontinued for the winter, as there is no chimney in the house. At Bess Chapel 9 miled West Lincolnton a Sabbath School of 35 scholars. Teachers Nathan Bess & Luckey Craft both colored. P.O at Lincolnton. This school is discontinued for the winter as there is no building only a Stand in the woods. At Long Creek one mile from Dallas a Day School of 75 Scholars building owned by the Freedmen and land by Robert Holland
