been able to answer any xmas presents or cards yet but is in hopes to do so little later on. she is going throug a little exercises, but has not had any benefit as yet. he says its in the bones & the blood. too bad she is so afflicted. hope she gets some benefit later on poor girl. they had company at christmas & lots of presents, a tree & all the fixings.

Our snow is still with us, the most we have had so far. hope it dont rain & make it icy. that seems to be the way they go off this winter. the wind that came when it cleared brought zero weather this time.

I have just got my clothes dried. they were put out on the porch Sunday & have been there frozen ever since. this morning I brought them in & they thawed out over the stove, then I took them all up stairs. the porch is grand for drying ones clothes in bad wintry weather. I hope Doris is over her sniffles & is able to go to school & you are having better weather for Sids driving.

I have just got throug patching his two union suites & find the cloth for Doris slips not long enough for cutting out by her slip you sent. so it may do for something else. I hate to have it all piecened up. it is six O'clock & guess I will stop & read my paper. I have just eaten my supper & will now relax love Ma
