I wish we could have warmer weather. as soon as the wind changes we will be roasting. such sudden changes we are having are not healthy. gardens seem to thrive though.

I hear they have got rid of the grass over to the old place. Melvin Leonard came here to know if he could dig up some of the little trees over there. so I told him he could. he said Miss Drake told him they wanted to get rid of them I guess he was the one who took the grass. they paid $3. to the one who took it I heard.

I am glad you had a chance to go to the beach Sunday it did you good even if it was hot.

Laura Gebhartd is sick. she is in the hospital. Bill we called up & said she was much better. drinking pasturized milk Dr. Ewing says is bad for people. thats what she has been doing. so look out. other doctors say the same thing, straight milk is better for people
