Dear Dr. Oppenheimer,
Confirming the conversation I had with you over the telephone, I am herewith sending you our bill for the little Gothic figure which you purchased from us today, and which will be forwarded to you by express tomorrow.

I am delighted that you were able to see this piece again before we sent it to Paris, because it is undoubtedly one of the most charming little Gothic groups I have ever seen.

Assuring you of our pleasure in having started business dealings with you hoping you will call in and see us upon your next trip to New York,

Believe me to be
Yours sincerely,
JACQUES SELIGMANN & COMPANY, Inc.
