Thank you a thousand times for the trouble of sending the catalogue. It was most useful, if depressing. Philip is bringing it to you in person. I am sorry we kept it so long, but actually it went to our old apartment and with Christmas and all it took a little time to reach us. 

I do hope your are quite recovered by now. What bad luck, just before Christmas.
