Dear Maury,

In reference to your visit here at the Galleries the other day and your purchase of the water-color by GROMAIRE, I am taking the liberty of sending you enclosed the invoice for your memorandum.

According to your instructions the picture had been delivered to Mr. Edward Hewitt at 825 Fifth Avenue.

This is not to rush you but only to clean up my desk with pending matters.

I enjoyed last night ever so much and am looking forward to seeing you in the very near future. Meanwhile I remain, as always,

Yours,

Maury H.B. Paul, Esq.,
320 East 57th Street,
New York City.
