Dear Sir,

thanks for your letter from sept. 28th which reached me here in Florence, where we are still exposing in the art dealer's fair

Indeed we have some beautiful sculpture. at Prien & I would like to draw your attention to a beautiful St Agathe in stone - from Dijon about Claus Slueter 13 century. You can still see some remainders of the old polychromie. Then we have an old oak rood & virgin with the child which was once owned by Prince Johann Georg von Sachsen & [[?]] we are exposing here & another early gothic one with the old polychromie

We intend to expose in the art dealer's fair in Munich this year.- Sculptures in marble & bronze are just have not this moment. We are not so very much specialised [[strikethrough]] exp [[/strikethrough]] except perhaps in the tapestries, but have very fine French furniture, pictures.
