Mrs. H. Pratt,
58 E, 68th. St.,
New York.

Dear Mrs. Pratt:-

I have been very upset to receive your message that you could not receive me.

I thought that I could avail myself of the interest and kindness you showed me last year, when I called upon you on several occations, and I remember with pleasures the talks we had, but I do not want to impose myself and take up any of your time.

If you have some spare time some afternoon, it will be a privilege for me to be able to show you one of the finest Italian XVIth Century Bronzes that ever came to this country, and that I recently acquired. It comes from the Imperial Collection of Germany, and is certainly a very great work of Art. Although I know that you are not buying anything, I am sure that you would enjoy looking at it.

With my respectful compliments,

Pray Believe me,

Yours sincerely,
