Loan exhibition

Dear Mrs. Pratt,

I just received a message from your secretary and we want to thank you for kindly lending us your marvelous tapestry.

The opening of the exhibition being on the 16th, we are going to call for the tapestry on or about the 14th. Would you be kind enough, if convenient, to see that the insurance on this tapestry is transferred while it will be at our galleries? We understand this is simply a form, whereas, if we should have to take out special insurance here, it would create an expense which would likely be considerably
larger than the exhibition could bring in for the charity.

Enclosed herewith is a description which we intend having in the catalogue.
