January 13, 1928.

Dear Mrs. Pratt,

We have just received a very rare and unusual small tapestry, which we would like to show you.

It is a Tapestry which was given to a church in 1450, and which was woven between 1425 and 1450, in one of the Rhenish factories. It is a tapestry similar to those in the Museum of Nuremburg and the Museum of Basle, and like some of these tapestries, also with a pink background.

May I mention that Professor Sachs saw this tapestry, and was very enthusiastic about it.

Hoping to have your visit in the near future, kindly believe us

Very sincerely yours,

Mrs. Harold I. Pratt,
