RS LM

November 20, 1928.

Dear Mrs. Pratt,

We were informed by Mrs. Parker that you wished to be called up again on Thursday in reference to the loan of the portrait of Sir John Hunter by Lawrence.

We would like to advise you that we are very anxious to show this picture in the Exhibition, as we have no other example by Lawrence, and as we already have a painting by Romney. We hope, therefore, that you will be able to spare the Lawrence.

Kindly believe us,

Yours respectfully,

Mrs. Harold I. Pratt,
