Extending up & down the body where on this cloth is narrowly striped at intervals about 3 inches by lines of yellow, black, or blue or white. [[strikethrough]] a short sleeve [[/strikethrough]] There enaguas are held in place by tucking in its corners about the waist where tightly wrapped & sometimes a sash is worn. On the body a short jacket with short sleeves is worn. This jacket hangs loosely over the breasts & very slightly overlaps the upper border of the enaguas so that at every upward motion of the arms a broad tone of the body about the waist in front is exposed.
