Dear Sir:

We have received your letter of January 6th, enclosing cheques for $27.05 and $3.85, in payment of import expenses, as per our bill.
The latter cheque does not bear your signature, and we shall be obliged if you will kindly complete it and return it to us under cover.
We note your request to have another set of directories sent to you such as you already received, and we are writing to Paris to have them forwarded as early as possible.

Very truly yours,
