🗸 February 14th, 1929. RHW KP Dear Mrs. Rogers, I am very sorry indeed to say that I am most unsuccessful in communicating with you but never have succeeded any further than talking to your most kind and courteous Secretary. I sincerely hope that I must not consider myself as being in complete disgrace, as, as far as I can recollect, my conscience is perfectly clear. However, today I want to bring to your attention that I have received photographs of the set of Directoire furniture- 4 Chairs signed by T.B. Senè 2 Armchairs signed by Jacob about which I had spoken to you this Fall. I only would like to know if you are at all interested in this matter, as I should like very much to give you the first opportunity on this lot. I trust you will let me have your kind decision on this matter and am looking forward to the opportunity of seeing you soon again. I meanwhile, remain with my kindest regards, Yours faithfully, Mrs. H.H. Rogers, 11 East 64th Street, New York City.
