Motions or Defaults Will not be Heard Unless Upon Calender

At least two days before the return day of a motion, a note of issue must be filled with the Assignment Clerk at Rochester, setting forth the names of the parties, the names and addresses of the attorneys for the respective parties and the return day. A notice of two days must be also be given to such Clerk of the intention to offer proof in an undefended matrimonial action. The Assignment Clerk will notify attorneys of the time when the motion will be heard or the proof taken.

Upon the argument of a motion, the time of each Counsel will be limited to ten minutes.
