Second that the Said James T Lovejoy and William Moore shall complete the Said School House within thirty days after the approval of this contract by the assistant Commissioner B.R.F. & A.L. district of Texas Third that the Said James T Lovejoy and William Moore shall receive for Said School House when completed to the Satisfaction of the Sub Asst Commissioner B.R.F. & A.L. at Waco Texas in accordance with this agreement and the Specifications hereunto annexed the Sum of Three hundred & thirty Dollars by Vouchers for that amount to be certified by Charles Haughn Sub Asst commissioner or his Successors in office payable by the disbursing officer Bureau R.F. & A.L.

Fourth that if any objection shall be made to the Manner in which the work upon Said School House is performed a Board of United States officers shall be convened to decide wether the Said School House has been built according to the conditions of this agreement & the Specifications hereunto annexed the decision of the Same to be final. Fifth that no member of Congress nor any officer or agent of the United states shall be admitted to any interest or Share in this contract or the results to arise therefrom.
