Same kind. To be firmly fixed on oak blocks, twenty four (24) inches from the surface of the ground.
Sills.  To be of good, sound, pine lumber 6x8 inches
Sleepers. To be of good, sound, pine lumber 2x10 inches; to rest on a center sill of pine lumber running the length of the house
Plates. To be of good, sound, pine lumber 2x6.
Strips. Entirely round the building. Six (6) feet from the floor 2x4 inches.
Floor.  1/4 inch undressed pine plank tongued and grooved
One door. 3x7 feet in size - four (4) panels - with four (4) inch casing inside. Lock with two (2) keys.
Eight windows.  Three (3) on each side and two (2) in the rear end with twelve (12) lights each 12x18 inch glass four (4) inch casing
One flue. Eight (8) inches in size. To be built from the ground and extend four (4) feet above the eaves.
Roof.  To be one fourth (1/4) pitch with No. 1 quality of Cypress shingles.
Rafters. 2x4 inches
Collar Beams.  1x5 inches. Twenty (20) feet long
Upper joists (for ceiling) 2x6 inches.
Benches. Twenty (20) Ten (10) feet long with back rail.
2nd: Second:  That the said party of the second part shall complete the said School House within 80 days after the approval of the contract by the Assistant Commissioner B.R.F. & A. L. State of Texas.
