The building to be secured by 12 Iron anchors running 3 feet into the walls - To hold a bond timber - Bond timber 2x4 - and to run the whole length of building - The anchors to be fastened on the upper joists with 3 wrought spikes - anchors for upper joists 1/2 x 2"- Iron 5 feet long - anchors for Cable ends 1/2 x 2"- Iron 6 feet long - anchors for wall plates 3/4 round iron with large heads, nuts and thread -

Ceiling-
The building to be ceiled with 3/4 inch yellow pine dressed tongued and grooved ceiling of good quality-

Floors-
The building to be floored with 1 1/4 inch yellow pine dressed tongued and grooved flooring with two rows of bridging-

Ventilation-
The building to have small openings in foundation to allow circulation of fresh air under the building - In gable ends a round wood ventilator-
