side wall, same as before described, and framed with a centre girder, 8 x 10 inches supported by two (2) great iron columns five (5) inches in diameter, to have one row of cross bridging on each side. ceiling to be of one (1) inch dressed [[crossed out]] white [[/crossed out]] pine, of a uniform width of twelve (12) inches with the joints broken with strips of four (4) inches in width, to be always jointed at the ends of the lumber on a joist above and not between joists.

Window Frames  To be placed in the wall three (3) feet above the floors; to be bare frames with 1 1/4 inch pulley stiles; 3/4 inch outside and inside casing; 1 3/4 x 1 1/4 inch hanging stiles; 1 1/2 inch rabbetted sills; [[crossed out]] 1 3/4 inch. [[/crossed out]], best quality glass frame pulling two pulleys to each frame. Half inch window three feet wide in front and rear gables, as shown in plan. The sash in the gable windows to be moveable for ventilation when needed. Thirty two (32) windows as in plan.

Sash  To be twelve lights to the windows, 12x20 in glass to be well bradded and puttied; to be hung with best quality of sash cord and cast iron weights.

Doors  To have double door in front, as shown in plan. 6x8 feet, 1 3/4 inch thick, to open right and left.
