Balusters To be turned 1 1/2 in diameter at the bult, dove tailed into the steps, and bored into the hand rail. Two balusters to each step, a turned newell post four inches in diameter, at th bult to be firmly fixed and tennoned into the floor at the bottom and at the top of the stairs and on each platform on the stairs.

Hand rail to be oval 2 x 4 inches.

Balusters to be painted. Hand rail to be stained brown and varnished.

Roof To have 1/4 pitch; to be covered with first quality [[strikethrough]] ceder [[/strikethrough]] cypress shingles, laid to expose five (5) inches to the weather. Rafters to be 2 x 8 inch, to be 2 feet apart, with
