collar beams 1 x 8 inch half way up the rafter, on every pair of rafters. Braces from rafter to joist on every [[strikethrough]] other (or [[/strikethrough]] alternate) pair of rafters. The rafters to be firmly spiked to the joists. A projection eighteen (18) inches over the wall all round the building finished with scroll nailed to the projection.

Plastering 
Walls and partitions to be well plastered with two good coats of brown mortar well haired and worked down straight and true.

Painting
Wood work to have three coats of white paint; the iron columns to be painted [[strikethrough]] black [[/strikethrough]] brown with three coats.

Blinds
All windows to have venetian blind shutters with rolling slats, to be painted green three coats with the usual bolts and fasteners.

Platforms
To be placed at the centre of the rear end of the large rooms on both floors, two steps high with a floor five by seven (5 x 7) feet, and on one side of small rooms one step high 3 x 3
