2nd Second: that the said party of the second part shall complete the said repairs within Thirty (30) days of the date hereof.

3rd Third: that the party of the second part shall receive for said repairs when completed to the satisfaction of the said party of the first part in accordance with this agreement, the sum of One hundred and fifty (150.00/100) Dollars in vouchers for that amount to be certified to by the said party of the first part and to be paid by the Chief Disbursing officer of the Bureau R.F. & AL.

In witness whereof the said parties do hereunto set their hands and seals this 1st day of June AD 1869.
