Plastering.     Walls and partitions to be well plastered with two (2) good coats of brown mortar well haired and worked down straight and true.

Painting.      Wood work to have three (3) coats of white paint; the iron columns to be painted black with 3 coats.

Blinds     All windows to have venetian Blinds shutters with rolling slats; to be painted green three (3) coats. with the usual bolts and fastenings.

Platforms.     to be placed at the centre of the rear end of the large rooms on both floors, two (2) steps high, with a floor five (5x7) by seven fee. and on one side of the small rooms on step high 3x3 feet. as shown in plan.

Shingles five inches to the weather; roof 1/3 pitch. to be plastered and ceiled same as school house, door painted with lock and key.  To have two seats of the usual size and one low seat for small children.  All to have covers with hinges.

Door sill     A rough checkered iron door sill to be placed at each outside door of the school house.
