Built in California style - 24 x 36 feet of 12 feet in clear. Boxing 1 inch by 12. and battened with 3 inch strips. House to be firmly fixed on oaken blocks twenty four inches from the ground. Lumber good quality pine - dressed on out side.

To be of good sound pine lumber 10x10 inches - or of hewn oak.

To be of good sound pine lumber 2 x 10 inches to rest on centre sill, running length of the house.
