House 
Built in California style - 24 x 36 feet - 12 feet in clear. Boxing 1 inch by 12, and battened with 3 inch strips. House to be firmley fixed on oaken blocks, twenty four inches from the ground. Lumber good quality pine — dressed on outside

Sills 
To be of good sound pine lumber 10 x 10 inches or of hard oak.

Sleepers
To be of good sound pine lumber 2 X 10 inches, to rest on centre sill, running length of the house.

Plates
To be of good sound pine lumber 2 X 6 inch

Strips
Entirely around the building six feet from the floor 2 x 4 inch.

Floors
To be of 1¼ inch dressed pine plank tongue & grooved & secret nailed

Door
One Double door 4 x 5 feet - four pannels - 4 - inch casing inside - proper lock key bolts hinges &c

Windows
Eight windows Three on each side - two on [[strikethrough]] centre [[/strikethrough]] rear end - Twelve lights each - 12 x 18 inch glass four inch casings.
