The walls of the first story shall be of the following dimensions to wit: The front and back wall shall be each 75 feet 6 in. long and 1 foot 9 in thick; the two side walls shall be each 27 feet 9 in. long and 1 foot 9 in. thick; the two partition walls shall be 27 feet long and 1 foot 6 in. thick. The walls of the first story shall be 14 feet 6 inches high from the floor.

Second Story:-
The walls of the second story shall be of the following dimensions, to wit:- The front and back wall shall be each 75 feet 6 in. long, and 1 foot 6 in. thick; the 2 side walls shall be 27 feet 9 in. long each and 1 foot 6 in. thick; the partition walls shall be 27 feet 6 in long each and 1 foot 6 in. thick. All the walls of this story shall be carried up close to the sheeting of the roof which shall be at the front and back wall 14 feet 6 in. above the second floor, and the ridge of the roof shall be four feet in addition to said height. There shall be in the front wall 4
