Attachment 1 - 11

1. Landing minimums have been increased to 2400 RVR due to touchdown and centerline lights being NOTAMed out-of-service. Runway 1-19 is temporarily closed due to construction; consequently all traffic has been diverted to ILS Runway 10-28. This situation has made it impractical to service and maintain the touchdown and centerline light system. Considerable difficulty is also being encountered due to water seeping into light receptacles and plans are to correct this situation when Runway 1-19 is reopened for traffic which is estimated during the first week of March. Restoration for the touchdown zone and centerline lights is estimated to be completed March 15, 1968.

2. All RVR rollout equipment has been received except for the stands for the projector and receiver units; these items are on requisition - expected delivery June 1968.

*3. Power configuration "A" for the outer marker and ALS is estimated to be completed by March 26, 1968. This will provide full power configuration "A" coverage at this location.
