Freedmen &C for Robeson Co.
Lumberton Sept 2nd 1865

This agreement made and entered into this the 2nd day of September 1865 between Robert Inman Planter of Robeson Co [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] of the one part and Peter Inman, Meredith Inman Caroline Inman and Agnes Inman Freedmen and Women of said co of the other part, Witnesseth that the said Robert Inman agrees to pay the following rates to the above Freed men and women respectively for their labor during the current year 
To Peter 15 bush corn 200 lbs Pork & his crop
To Meredith 10 bush corn 150 lbs Pork & his crop
To Caroline Inman 5 bush corn 50 lbs Pork her crop food clothing and medical attendance
To Agnes Inman food clothing and medical attendance with her crop until the end of the year and the said Freedmen and women on their part agree to receive the above in full of all themselves for their labor during the present year and they further agree to render its Said R Susan there and factor the reverie as they had done when they were slaves
