Robeson County 

To whom these presents May Come Know Ye, that I Caty (a freed woman formerly the property of Robert A. Rozier Senr.) have agreed to and bargained with the said Robert A. Rozier Senr. that he shall pay to me fifteen bushels of corn including the present growing crops of my two sons Wesley & Giles, And Seventy five pounds of good pork. that I will clear him the said Robert A. Rozier snr of any further charges or expenses for the labor of my self and three sons. Wesley Giles & Richard. In consideration of which I the above named Robert A. Rozier Senr. do agree and firmly bind myself my heirs &c to fulfill the above obligation in good faith on or before the 1st day of Jany. next this the 5th day of Sept 1865.
