Transcription Notes:
- letter very hard to read, messy handwriting; smushed words - dont really know whats going on near the signatures in the end why is there a his/her, x, mark ? The "his x mark" or "her x mark" is just an "x" written by that person because they can't write their names. Then there is a witness that signs to verify they made the "X".
