Bureau Refugees Freedmen and Abandoned Lands Headquarters Sub Dist of Robeson Lumberton Sept 28th 1865 This agreement entered into between D McCormick Agt of Mrs Nash of above county and the Freedmen & women undersigned of the second part. Witnesseth that the said McCormick agrees to give them the following wages. To King and family, 50 bushels of corn and his hog food & shoes and medical attendance for himself wife and son.
