8th Bob contracts of the same terms as Luke. 

The above amounts to be paid as follows one half of the amount due for each three months at the end of the same & the balance at the end of the year We do agree to obey all the orders of the said Russell or his agents & to conduct ourselves respectfully & obediently; and in case [[strikethrough]] of a distribution [[/strikethrough]] we leave before the expiration of the contract or shall be discharged for cause we agree to forfeit whatever amount may be due. We do further agree to make up lost time caused by sickness or idleness.
