Gentlemen:

I have the honor to report for your instruction that Mr. Geo. De Long, a colored gentleman owning property in the Parish of Iberville, offers to the cause of Education through you, a site of ground, free of cost, for the Erection of a school house. His property on the river about two miles this side of Bayou Goula.
