as soon as the teacher arrives the school can be commenced - In Dis. No. 3 Rights Bank I have as yet found no place; - in No. 4 there is a building upon the Whiliheare plantation leased by the Hon. Horace Hutchins of Ohio who is in the office of Capt. Cozzens at the city - the manager is favorably disposed to the establishment of a school upon this place - will board the teacher, or furnish a room in this school-building and allow her to take her meals with him, but he desires that Mr. Hutchins should be consulted first- This it will be necessary for you to do as he is in the city- As soon as [[strikethrough]] this [[/strikethrough]] his consent is obtained a teacher can at once be sent to the Dis.- In Dis. No.5 R. B. I rented a room for the school at $10 per month & obtained board for the teacher at $20 per month - In this Dis. everything is ready for the reception of the teacher - The board should land at Mr. Henry Homs, Homs Landing- The principal difficulty to be encountered in the establishment of schools is to obtain boarding places for the teachers-
