Dear Sir:
I will be unable to prepare my "Report" until after I hear from you relative to the "McGruder Dwelling". everything is based upon the decision in this matter. I can form only an imperfect estimate of my wants & until I hear from you.

Mrs Murphy called to see me this A.M. Making this representative. "She called upon you and you told her that the Supt at B.R. would make out her papers for the lease of her School building another year". She was very pleased and I consider her much of a lady, for I informed her I could do nothing without hearing from the Application for Certain Abandoned Property, for if possession of the same is granted, then will be in need of paying Mrs Murphy or Any One else rent for all buildings.
