Miss Dorothy Vicaji
Hotel St. Regis
55th St. & 5th Av.,
New York City.

Dear Miss Vicaji,

Mr. Seligmann has asked me to write you to say that, as he told you, we would be very pleased to have an exhibition of your father's paintings sometime next autumn. He cannot tell you exactly the date on account of several exhibitions for which we have been arranging, and also because we are not yet sure where our new premises will be.

We will probably be able to give you the exhibition from some time between October 15th and December 20th, but we would have to verify these dates later on. The holding of this exhibition, naturally, to be subject to our obtaining new premises in time for next season, but of course, we will know definitely about this within the next few weeks when we will write you again.

As regards commission on any sales resulting from this exhibition, we will leave this matter to you, and ask you to kindly acknowledge this letter and let us know what would be quite satisfactory to you.

In the meantime, with kindest regards,

Believe me to be,

Yours sincerely,

Jacques Seligmann & Co., Inc.,
