Mr. WILEY. Mr. Chairman, that ends my formal testimony. I would like to comment, if I may, on Monday's testimony by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Agency, where he said that the Port Authority in this situation "could subsidize a bit." This is precisely what we have been doing, but, apparently, the Administrator has ignored it. 
As I mentioned earlier, we have invested some $718,000 in the two Manhattan heliports at no cost to the general taxpayer. And these facilities-

Mr. WILEY. $718,000/ That was $500,000 at the West 30th Street heliport, and $218,000-
